DVD/Blue-Ray Case PSD Template?

Hey, all.

I know some folks around here (myself included) use templates for cover artwork (DVDs, Blu-Rays, video games, etc). But I haven't been able to find a preview template for an actual CD jewel case, simulating the plastic shell and everything. I'd like something more like DVD or Blu-Ray previews, where the case is standing straight up at an angle, instead of laying flat.
I tried finding hi-res images on Google, but all of them were either flat or open, instead of showing the front and spine.
If anyone has something like this, would you please share? Thanks in advance. :)

Not too shabby, but do you have any sites which don't require a subscription? My finances are tight enough already, and I won't be needing stock images on a regular basis.

I haven't found any yet. I understand the financial situation. Depending on the circumstances of your project, you may have to do what you need to do.

You will just have to keep searching for a suitable image. I find Bing's image search to be fairly productive. Try there.

This thread peaked my interest. I've actually never had to make a CD/DVD cover for a job.
Made this mock-up from a stock image in the link above.
Lot's of fun! (Figuring out the reflection in the smart object was a challenge!)

@IamSam,
That looks completely real. I understand the vertical-flip mirror-image reflection at the bottom, but how did you get the glare/reflection on the face of the jewell case? Was it already there in the stock image, or did you create your own? (I took a shot at this, as well, using smart objects, but I couldn't get a realistic glare effect.)

I made it.

New layer.
Pen Tool.
Right click and made a selection with about 1.5% feather.

Added a left to right Gradient (White foreground to transparent)

The "glare" was way to strong on the black part of the jewel case, so I added a layer mask, selected the black area, then filled with 90% black.

Then I just lowered the opacity the highlight/Glare layer.

Sorry, forgot this step......

The Highlight/Glare did hangover the case. It's hard to notice with the white background.
I do this on purpose when I use a slight feathering in order to make sure the Highlight/Glare goes all the way to the edge.
I made a quick selection of the case outline, inverted the selection, and deleted the hangover

Made a mistake! I will change the original posted image in post #6, but I'm not going back and changing the step by step shots!

See if you can spot it!!!!
