Specific Edit the water to look normal

hey quick explain is that I have a very old camara that can go into the water , but pictures are not the best and many times drops get in the way I want to send this to my mother for her to see the beauty but there is a big drop in the picture making it dizzy, Can soemone please to make the dizy part look like normal water? thanks a lot for it. >)

I'm not sure what you mean by "dizzy part" - but I repaired that center section of the water and also leveled the image...

The image in post #2 was probably an upload issue with the forum.................not your fault. It happens sometimes!

thanks a lot JeffK, water drops stay in my camera all the time so around 80% of my pictures get something that distorts it thankful this time it was away from center, thanks agan for your help >D
