I am looking for someone to extract the logo from this image, our original file has gone missing.

Can anyone extract the image, make it red, instead of blue, and put it on a clear background, as I need to get it printed onto a t-shirt.

If anyone can let me know how much they would charge?

I would also suggest that it be converted to a scale-able vector format so that it can be edited in the future.
