Specific Fix water damage

Can anyone fix this water damage. Can crop it down to limit the amount of damage to fix.

Hello again -
Did some further touchups and also changed his shirt - couldn't bring back the details but matched as best as I could
Also gave a bit more of a crop.

Nice job jeffK, I would suggest maybe some liquify on the man's body to fix the weird angle, and adding shadowing on the neck, and chest of the woman also and where the two bodies join would improve the work.
