Specific Fixing gaze

Hi,

I am almost blind, hence my gaze is almost always strange.
I'd like my eyes to look straight at the camera on this picture. Can you help me ?

Just wondering, what did you do ?
How could it be improved ?

It's very hard for me to be sure it's good (as I don't see enough...)

I used your left eye, inverted and put it on the right side.

It's hard to know what could be improved because there is no reference, we are changing an original image, if you wanted perfect straight eyes looking at the camera then the left eye (iris) needs to be moved to the right a little bit..

Attempted to replace the iris.
If anyone can suggest improvements, I am willing to work on them. Cheers.
