HELP ME: Photomanipulation "Girl face on other body"

I have to change the skin color of the face like the color of the body.
I already tried to use the option in "Image -> Adjustments" but with no progress, can you help me?

The skin color is a fill of orange on a new layer, set to multiply. This was not a problem.
The real problem is the lighting. In the original scene the light source, in this case the sun is on the right side of the image. Your inserted face has a light source from the left side. Couldn't change that, that's why it still looks a bit off.

It might work for you Lorenzo. If you only use it for a "greeting card" among your friends it could be ok.
From a professional point of view it is a No Go.
