I stuck in the 16th step. I am not getting proper Radial Gradient effect. Do anyone can Help me. I am giving the download link of my PSD file completed to 15th step.

if you get success you can mention exact value of color and transparency whatever you do in comments.

just set the gradient tool as such,
paying attention to the top boxes especially

and make sure you select the radial gradient setting, which looks as follows

Thank you so much.........i actually trying to set this gradient but every time i got a clean circle.....i wan not getting circle which get transparent on boundaries.........once again thank you so much

If you right click that gradient icon, you will get the gradient editor window. The stops on the bottom can be used to set the color you want. If your BG and FG colors are what you want to use, those will be shown in the top row at the beginning. Just click on the one you want.
