Hi all

I was wondering if anyone could help me reverse engineer this wavey effect. While keeping the design in repeat.

Sorry I didn't explain properly. What I would like is work out how to create this warped stripe effect with a different motif.
 
The OP would like someone to explain how to create these types of "seamless patterns" with a warped effect! They don't want it done for them!
