How do I achieve this effect??

Is there a photoshop filter I can use to go from a photograph of a car to an outline/drawing effect like what I've attached? How do I achieve the outline/drawing effect like these without physically tracing/drawing from the photograph. These are to detailed and look like a filter may have been used. Any advise is greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure how they were created. I need to replicate the same effect for a project and presume that they were created in photoshop.

You can stroke any of the layers in the vector group to create additional lines.

Do you think it was created in Illustrator or maybe CorelDraw? And Im guessing run through some sort of filter... I don't think they're hand drawn.
