Hi,

Could anyone please show me how to create this Chubbies Shorts filter:

• With filter applied (ignore white text):

Chubbies use this all over the site and I would like to learn how to reproduce this for my own site.

Hello and welcome to PSG.

Add a Threshold Adjustment layer.
Add a Color Fill Adjustment layer to the desired color. Lower opacity.
