How do i make this type of colored pattern??

Hi guy's does anyone know how to make this black-darkblue color pattern in photoshop??

Color or pattern?


For the color...........just select the color you desire from the color picker.

For the pattern.
Make a selection of the shorts using whatever method you prefer.


Then on a new layer, use a scatter brush and the Brush Tool to make the "sprayed" pattern within the selection.
This video from Aaron Nace at Phlearn is where I learned to make the scatter brush.


Cmd/Cntrl + D to deselect.
