How to make Circle Rectange and Line. Same as shown in pic.

I want to know about the circle around the Home and Rectangle Box around the About and Lines below the Rss. How these are made. By a pencil. or there is any tool to make this please help.

I would make a standard circle or square, and then duplicate it and rotate it with various angles to get the same effect like your example. then you could save it as a brush!
