I don't know that there is a simple way to do this at all. The best way I know of is to use strokes. Make your first curve as just a stroke with no fill.

Duplicate it, then add points to make for the section you want to keep, and delete the outer most points.

Align it to the original, reduce the stoke size and it will still retain the original arcs. Expand the object so that it only a fill.

Add points to each end and drag in as needed to make the end shapes.

@Nikhil Soni - I'm pretty sure that Ged interpreted your question as how to make the specific image that you posted have sharp edges when enlarged, and the method he was suggesting was to trace the originals either (a) completely by hand in PS using the pen tool; or, (b) using image trace in AI, and then clean up the result using the pen and other AI tools. Either of these methods would result in a vector file that could be reproduced at any size and still retain sharp edges.

In contrast, Hawkeye is suggesting a more general approach using AI that could be used to make similar but different artwork in vector form.

To be honest, after reading your original question and title of this thread, I'm still not sure which you want.
