How to remover border when creating a new image

Hi!

When I create a new image in Photoshop, I always get a black border. I thought this was just while working in Photoshop, but when I save the file and try to view it the darn border is still there. How can I remove it?

OK, I see what the problem is. It's there by default and you can see it if the software you use for viewing also uses the black border to limit the image. I tried with other pieces of software and there's no border.
