3D I need help with saving my files to open in blender.

Hi,
I'm new to Photoshop but know my way around gimp. Can anyone tell me if you can save Photoshop files to svg?
I want to make graffiti in Photoshop then open it up in blender and make it 3d as such. Not too hard i imagine once you can import the files into blender. I can save Photoshop files as AI but cannot open them in blender so svg it is. Anyone know how to do this or any other file type i can use. Regards Ella
