yesterday i posted a pic and asked for a plate number off the truck that stole my bike...i feel like you guys can help..i got a better photo and was hoping you can do anything at all with it

Sorry Kevin, as I explained in your other thread, Photoshop does not have these capabilities. There's simply not enough information to interpret.

Have you provided these to your Police Department? Why have they not made a positive plate ID with these images?
