I've been trying over and over to create a background for a website, and I'm getting really frustrated!!!!!
I just want to use a solid color and then use some type of effects or filter to make it so that it's not so plain. Some type of 'ripple' or 'wave' or something. So I go to Photoshop>New and then tell it what size I want and then fill it in with the color I want. So far, so good. But when I click on ANY of the filters, it tells me that there's nothing there. I'm about ready to throw the computer out the window...............
If anyone can help me with this, I will be eternally grateful!
