Image Canvas Wrap Around

Hi,
Is there any way to wrap an image off the top of a canvas to the bottom? In other words, if I use the Move Tool to start pushing an element off the top of my canvas, is there any way to have the missing part at the top of the canvas start showing up at the bottom? I would also want to use the same technique side to side. Thanks for any help

Yep.

Filter > Other > Offset
Wrap Around = checked.

Enter half the doc size for both width and height respectively...that will put the top and bottom and left and right in the middle of the doc.

You can of course enter any value you wish.

Regards.

Great advice MrT, I use offset to make continuous patterns.
