Image zoom display problem

I have just arrived to this forum, but i think you guys will see me around...
I'm having a problem with CS6 on Windows7 with zooming images, when using a large amount of zoom i get my image "rasterized" a lot. I have tried it on both nvidia and radeon graphic boards as well as on DVI and CRT displays, same thing. Any other application such as irfanview don't have this problem.
Just to exp ex plane it i have posted these two screenshots: from Irfanview and Photoshop.

Go to View|Show and uncheck Pixel Grid.
