Here is the same image at 4x pixel count in both directions. Unfortunately, your original is not just low resolution yet it is also a highly compressed JPEG image which has quite a few associated compression artifacts that will still be there in the higher resolution image. So hope you are not expecting miracles in the end result. Higher resolution yet not higher quality.
