bough at installed Topaz Gigapixle after trying the freebe and been more than impressed... but then I went to try and compare with my On1 Resize, and that and the rest of my On1 sture ont work... tried re-installing them and still dont work. tried contaction On1 support, and they have not gotten back to me, and that was a month ago. so not holding out hope.
though i Must say, no I am a fan of Gigapixle, the loss of On1 is not hurting... i would use it once or twice a day. but now with Topaz, I am usingthem several times a day.
any one have the same problem and a fix.
