Integrate GIF file

I wanted to find out how I can integrate a rotating GIF file in specific spot on a page. Like below.rotatingGIFhelp.jpg
 
Just make the GIF, and place it in place of the picture you point at in the picture above. You may need to replace the image path in HTML to the one of the new GIF you created.
