Okay, I'm trying to remove everything that's not black (the car). Is there a way to eliminate everything in this image that isn't black so just the car remains? I'm not looking for someone to do this just a quick "this is how you do it" if possible. Thanks

Many ways to approach the same problem. Here is a a single extra Layer and one slider solution:
1) Add solid white Layer above original image
2) For solid white Layer, open Layer Styles and in "Blend If Gray" section of the Blending Options, mover the "Underlying Layer" slider to 103
3) Done

Just one more way to do it and hope this helps
