Use your Ellipse Tool.
Set up guidelines.
Create first ellipse.
Set color
Duplicate ellipse and move up.
Change color.
Add a center section using the Pen Tool and guidelines.
All three layers combined.
On a new layer, make a selection.
Use the Brush Tool to create shading within the selection.
And lastly, if needed, add a slight gradient overlay using a layer style to the Ellipse 1 copy that was moved.
