Specific Light/color/tone adjustment for Black and White Image

I created a multi-element composite picture.

The background is black and white and thus the end product should be black and white as well.

The elements added (however) were all in color. I was able to adjust the color tone within black and white but I feel it still doesn't match the look of the original picture. Maybe even some contrast to blend the element better into the original.

Either an expert eye is needed or some filters.

I would really appreciate some help with adjusting each element to match the background (original) image.

I have also included the original art work for references to lighting/contrast/shadows.

Thanks

Yes, I attached my PSD.
I reduced your PSD to just 2 layers. Because it was very time consuming to work on your numerous layers.
I just worked on one layer for the 5 persons, and one layer for the background.
There is just one new layer for the shadows.
I hope this is ok for you.
