Paid Looking for Squad Tunes logo for dance team basketball jerseys

I am looking for a logo exactly like the Squad Tunes to go on the front of our basketball jerseys. It will read BlueJays.... and would like the B and J larger and lue and ays to be underscored. Definitely like the word BlueJays in blue with a white shadow and black outline. Outer ring of target to have black outline also. Can anyone help? I have tried and tried to recreate, but am giving up I would GREATLY appreciate any and all help.....many many thanks in advance!!!!!!!
