Specific Memorial Photo: Remove Person for Solo Portrait

Hello,

My grandpa recently passed and I am trying to get a nice solo photo portrait for him. Would it be possible to remove my grandmother from this photo and recreate the rest of his suit? Thanks.

It was too difficult to match his full body, so I needed to crop away the table. Hope that's okay.
