Specific Front wheel adjustment.

I need some help here, can someone make the front wheel the same as the rear? Ive tried multiple times with no success, by slicing the rear wheel and pasting it over the front, but i just cant get it right, as i have little to no photoshop experience.

I chose not to swap the rear wheel to the front. I just added the motion to the front and adjusted it's reflection.
