Need A CS:GO Overlay For Livestreams

I need a livestream overlay for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

It needs to be 1920x1080

Here is a still of the game, I would like something to go around the minimap, guns, health and armor, ammo count, and I would like my webcam to be above the health and armor. My webcam is 1024x768, as long as its in the same aspect ratio shrink it down so its not taking up much of the screen.
