Specific Need help for photo with suit/tie/red background

I'm a total noob for photoshop..try to edit my photo with suit and tie (+red background) but it looks horrible!
Can someone help to photoshop a 4cmx6cm with suit and tie photo with red background?

Hi buddy, are you sure you want a Red background? For a professional looking photo, a lighter background is preferred and is the custom. Also, Red takes focus off you. Just a thought.

The suit would require a little more quality to match the face i think, but I don't have too much time right now.
