I need to layer Image A onto Image B. Image A is a river stream with a white background that will need to be sent to transparent. Image B is a map with a dark outline of the river. I need Image A to be transparent and overlap the dark outline on Image B. The projections for each are different so it may require it to be resized, rotated, distorted etc in different area.s I tried doing it myself I can send to you as an example. Need this done for a presentation.
