Need help taking someone out of a group picture!

I am attempting to take a person out of my bands promo picture as he is no longer in the band with us! (Kid on the left with black Arkaik shirt on) I attempted to use the Fill tool many times but I still cannot gain perfection. If anyone could help me on what I could do to get it perfect or do it for me I would appreciate it so much!

With the one you haven't touched, just take a picture of the dude at the back to the left, put that over the dude who got sacked.

Photo shoots are expensive now a days!! Haha eventually we will have to but I would love for this to work out as a temporary fix!

I'm not sure if I follow with your suggestion of taking a picture and stacking?

Hahaha that's great but I want to have my own body >_< I was thinking that the picture I edited possibly a shadow could be put around us to avoid the ugly parts?
