Specific Cartoonize a photo

I tried cartoonizing my photo by following some steps in Youtube but I always failed.

Here is the photo that I want to be cartoonized

This request is way out of my specialty, and I low-key have no idea what I'm doing, but the result looked kind of cool, so I decided to upload it anyway.

I liked all the outputs, thanks everyone, I preferred using KENBO'S output

How did you do it?

I used a digital art filter at befunky dot com. I then cut out the background and saved as a PNG file. Probably “cheating” as a wanna be Photoshop Guru.

I like the request but I didn't have time, but today I had some time and made a try... The problem, in this case, its that for this type of jobs requires a lot of quality to get a decent result, but i made a try anyway and touch a lot of stuff, couldn't get the result I want but it was fun trying it
