need some help please?

i have photoshop.. but i absolutely suck at it.. i was wanting to put

where its only the eyes, and part of the mask around the eyes in the fire, where the eyes are a little see through or something as if its looking through a vale.. if that makes sence... can anyone help me out?

Take the image over the another one and then add an layer mask and use a black brush to erase parts, lower the hardness to 0 and lower the opacity and use a big brush to get that kind of effect. Gl
