Paid need white background changed to Tranparent $20

Hi, im new to the forums and have been having trouble making the background on this logo transparent and in eps format, the lettering i would like to keep the white in the lettering. If some can help it would be much appreciated .payment in paypal upon approval

I used the red background as example of the selection, the original have transparent background in eps format.
