Perspective tool outside Photoshop?

Hi all, I've never used Photoshop before but I need to use the perspective tool. I don't want to get Photoshop just for that one thing, is there anywhere online I can do it? or a free software that just has that?

I never used it but I have the program I don't believe it's as good as Photoshop but I know it has perspective tool in it, I just gave it a shot for the heck of it seems very simple check here

Also I'm not sure if it's free or not, may have a 30 day window try it

It's for Mac though, I have Windows.

Oops sorry, I'm a Mac guy, has to be something out there for windows

There's a program called GIMP I believe it may have what you're looking for and I think it's free
