Unfortunately this extremely low-res 2004 photo is the only version of it that I have, but I would just love for it to look like a high-res photo with clear faces. Can anything be done to restore it, or is that not possible? Willing to pay if anyone can do anything that looks real!

Wow. Thank you. It's truly incredible what some people can do with Photoshop. I'm amazed at your talent and skill. I don't know that I want it though unfortunately. It's not your fault at all because my photo shows no detail, but the faces really don't look at all like the people that they are obviously. I might just pass on it since my request was probably kind of impossible, LOL (like, creating something out of nothing!). But again, thank you so much for giving this a shot!
