Photoshop CS6 vs Photoshop CS6 64 bit

What is the difference? I run Windows 7 Ultimate x64 should I use Photoshop x64?

Yes.
PS 64 will access all the memory on your computer.
PS 32 on a 64bit OS will only access a little over 3gb now mater how much memory is in your computer.

I just realized that I no longer have access to my dad's serial for Photoshop CS6 so I am going to subscribe to CC for $49 a month for a year, I hope it's worth it. I might just do $20 for Photoshop by itself.. Can't decide....
