There is very little information (pixels) there in the image.

It's difficult to say what that is. It may be a face, or it may just be something like an object on the ground. It's difficult to tell.

There is no real technology like what you see in the movies to make things appear on an image that are actually not there. What @JJLAPIN posted is probably as clear as it is going to get.
