Specific please remove my friend from this photo

Hello!
My friend took a pic of me that I really like but my friend happens to be in the photo sitting on the couch as well. If someone could remove him, that'd be really appreciated.

I was working on this one aswell, I'm not sure if the blacks are too dark I need to recalibrate the monitor...

Edit: (After recalibrating the monitor I think it was a little too dark so I change it for a brighter one)
