Specific Please remove the white line!

er, Hello there,
I'd be really grateful if someone could remove the 'white line smile' under the mouth of the central lady.
I don't know what has caused it - could it be a reflection of the flash?
I have tried doing the editing myself but it ends up looking like a hideous experiment gone wrong.
