Hello everyone,

This is my first photo manipulation ever made.
I'm quite happy with the result, though i am not sure about the lights and colors.

Your feedback is very much appreciated.

Nice work!

There are some inconsistancies.
Keep the direction of the light in mind.
In your composition the light is coming from the top back right.
The girl shouldn't be that exposed but darker with a rim light and a shadow cast on the rock.

But still a nice work. Keep working on the details and don't hesitate to ask any assistance!

Nice work. I like the way the parrot looks like he has his wings folded almost in disapproval.

I don't have any issue with the colours - I like what you have done. My only comment is that the girl needs some work - mainly on lighting / shadows. I think she needs toning down slightly and you need to add some sort of shadow for her.

If this is your first you should be extremely proud of yourself.

Cheers

Indeed we did John.
It's nice to have new members showing us their first PS composite!
What we do here, and what they once did for me, is giving pointers and advice in order for me to learn (still learning BTW...).

Maybe i'm wrong but looking at the cloud and parrot i think the light come from top center and left from the parrot view maybe? XD
