Specific Remove bald dude and some stuff from photo with my dog?:)

Hi guys! I have a photo with my dog that I really like, except that there is a dude in the background and the photo is cluttered with random bags and stuff. Would love to have this photo without that stuff since recently my dog passed away and I'm collecting the few photos that I have together with him.

If anyone could remove the following things, that would be great;

- the bald dude in the back and his shoe next to him
- the red bag and blue jacket on the left
- my glasses on my shirt

I guess my own bag (the black one) should stay since it blocks my feet (?). But if you think it's doable to remove that too, then I wouldn't mind
