I did several iterations that corrected the JPEG artifacts yet did not introduce even more artifacts. Tried to keep the ocean the same.

No problem putting it back to less definition to the waves over the rocks (saturation to the colours too) and also deepen the shadows in the rocks below you if you prefer.
