I closed the mouth, then did a few other things. I moved the people behind simply to help focus on the couple and child. I also replaced the blown out sky area, straightened the photo to vertical and lifted shadow areas and reduced highlight areas. Adjust exposure balance some also. Then fixed the foreground that appeared very distracting with the letters. Hope you do not mind.
