Specific Reposition arm on silhouette

Reposition arm to look like natural walking position (black silhouette)

I removed someone else from the pic, and now I want to make the boy's arm that's reaching upwards look more natural for a walking position. I tried flipping it virtually and it looked funky. Would require reshaping the arm.

I took another stab after using the adults arm as a reference and another silhouette I found online. Not suuuuper natural looking but one of these might work.
