Requesting Embroidery design for T-shirt - Send prices

I need someone who is experienced with Photoshop and is creative. What I am looking for is a image of Drake & Rihanna cartoonized of her grinding on drake. I will post the picture below of what I want it to look like,

So basically I want the image cartoonized and made with 2 characters Rihanna bent over grinding on drake with basic colors the size has to be 2"-2" not 100% on size yet but has to be pretty small be creative and make it look good willing negotiate prices before hand.
