It's an amzing transformation. There's a LOT of small details that you've altered.
However... over processing has removed all or most of the depth from the image - rendering it a little unrealistic.
The hair is a tad too shiny and there are no shadows at all left on the forehard, cheek bones or neck. The face looks almost 2 dimensional except for the obvious places of the eyes/nose/& mouth. The skin texture is completely removed/washed out.
Don't get me wrong. It's a very good remodelling. But can you think of any way(s) to either leave in or put back in the shadows so she appears 3 dimensional again?

I second what theKeeper has mentioned. The areas of her skin look too bright and over exposed and no skin texture is showing in some parts. It needs a bit more depth. Very cool picture though.
