Smart Portrait Neural filter never works...

When I try to use the Neural filters under "Smart Portrait" it never works. No matter which option I chose, gaze, anger, facial age, hair thickness etc, it always gives me an error "There was an error running this filter."

Anyone experience this before and have any ideas how to fix it???

Don't have this yet - but it looks quite exciting. From what I'm reading about it, there is a known bug that was repaired in PS 22.0.1
Check your version and update if needed.

Not to worry - had to Google it myself. Can't use since I'm running PS 2019 on a Windows 7 machine (no comments please!).
Pretty soon PS will be folded into one huge AI platform...
