Square Brush has A Rounded Corner, Please Help!

All of my square brush's have one round corner. I know that there is some sort of hotkey to make a brush have rounded corner, and it appears i have hit it by mistake. Does anyone know how to get this back to a regular square brush?

Ive tried reseting my brush pallet and googling the internet with no luck.

Also, I have another question. When I pick a one pixel square brush, and try to draw or fill one pixel, the color bleeds through slightly on the pixel below the one i'm trying to fill. This could be related to my rounded brush problem, but i'm not for sure. If any of you have a precise square 1 px brush with no AA or whatever is causing this, please post it here.
